Madura
 Tea from any one plantation tastes different with each harvest. Like wine, its character can vary from aromatic and full-flavoured to bland or bitter and astringent. Madura adopt the masterful craft of blending their fine estate teas with carefully selected superior imported varieties, to produce outstanding pure tea that looks, smells and tastes the same all year-round. Madura procures only the finest imported teas that meet strict Australian food standards. As usual we use Madura (Green Tea) on a regular basis and enjoy it the most when infused in small quantities, for a short period. 1-3 minutes is a good guide. Double D Works Ltd have found over many years of trying out a number of different brands, that Green Tea (for one) commonly tastes bitter when infused for over three (3) minutes. Start with infusing a 1/4 tsp for 1 minute and work up to a maximum of 3 minutes, so you can find your personal preference. This is often enough for a 2-3 cup tea pot and is clearly going to provide great economy. It is suggested on the box that you may let it brew for up to (5) five minutes however we personally find this to long. Ideally you should allow your tea to brew for (3) minutes. One 200gm packet will generally last a household for between 2-4 months. Assist your health today.
